If you change your mind, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@esperanzamarketplace.com within the 14-day period to request your return.
Please include:Your order number The item(s) you want to return, Reason for return.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be: Unused and in resalable condition returned with any original packaging and accessories (where applicable)
You may only handle the goods as you would to assess them (similar to how you could in-store).

Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you. Refunds are normally issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs (Label Provided)
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label (or equivalent prepaid return arrangement) for eligible returns under this policy.
You are responsible for using the label correctly and returning the item within the timeframe stated by the carrier/label instructions.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Cancellations Before Shipping
